B&P proudly supported the 2021 Michelin Bib Gourmand winner Samwon Korean BBQ with ongoing PR of their three-story U.S. flagship in Manhattan’s midtown neighborhood.
The oldest and most famous BBQ restaurant in South Korea, B&P successfully pitched Samwon Garden to the New York Times resulting in a feature about the Seoul-based chain’s traditional silk-wrapped Korean gift meat sets as the perfect father’s day gift for meat lovers. “Show dad you really love him. Give him the gift of meat. A Korean barbecue restaurant sells over-the-top short-rib box sets in time for Father’s Day.” Florence Fabricant, New York Times.
Effectively launching the restaurant’s first local and later nationwide sales of the kits, during the pandemic B&P expanded their support of Samwon Garden to include local delivery and nationwide shipping of the restaurant’s signature diamond-cut BBQ ribs. During their period B&P successfully pitched Samwon Garden’s Korean BBQ dinner kit which is available for nationwide shipping for a Forbes roundup of “the best gifts for at home gourmets.”
B&P also worked collaboratively on Samwon Garden’s behalf with celebrity chef David Burke’s team on an effort to bring the Korean community together at Burke’s Asian-fusion restaurant Ventanas.
