Founded in 1908, Pastificio Felicetti is a leading family-own and run pasta brand in Italy known for their 4-gernations of operations in the supremely beautiful Italian Dolomite mountains and for producing environmentally conscious and high-quality pasta with spring mountain water from their very own unusual and wonderful location. Regarded as a top Made in Italy pasta brand, the company’s Monograno Felicetti line is a preferred choice used by famous Michelin-Star awarded chefs at their restaurants around the world. 

 An increasingly important market for the brand, B&P USA supported Felicetti’s sales efforts in Canada by working on the ground with local grocery retailers across the country, essentially as a product advocate. B&P USA worked with photographers to create promotional photos and helped ensure that retail stores marketed Felicetti’s products, providing personal 1-1 support that is much appreciated by many stores’ marketing departments. One example of this was regular pasta giveaway promotions with retailers that were organized in coordination with Felicetti’s Canadian distributor. Among these retailers were Noah’s NaturalsEssence of Life Organics, and Blush Lane.

 B&P USA managed the brand’s Canadian social media as well, including content creation, community management, interaction with grocery stores, influencer relations, answering customer questions for example regarding what stores to find the products at in their town. As a result B&P USA achieved a very high level of organic engagement and in combination with the above efforts not only was the client very pleased but also the distributor and grocery store partners.
