B&P proudly supported a restaurant opening in Los Angeles’ edgy Silver Lake neighborhood with PR efforts. The first Los Angeles project of Executive Chef Alex Campedelli and owner Alessandro Paciotti, “Asso” which means “Ace” in Italian, is a concept restaurant that exemplifies the sophistication in elegant and innovative simplicity.

Paying close attention to ingredients, Asso’s cuisine focuses on pasta and vegetables, with many menu items that are gluten free, vegan or vegetarian. Positioning Asso as a restaurant hoping to introduce Angelinos to a new way to eat Italian, journalists reiterated Asso’s proposition, that by matching the right amount of pasta with simple, healthy, and fresh ingredients they are succeeding in focusing the genre on the neighborhood’s palette.

We were able to support their grand opening with press and influencer coverage, which included The Los Angeles Times, Eater, Eastsider, Secret Los Angeles and an exclusive two-minute “Running on Empty” segment about the backstory of the restaurant and its protagonists which aired on Channel 1 Spectrum News.
